Hope Creating President Sheine Girao-Sapon, represented the Rotary Club of Manila South (RCMS) at the 2nd General Assembly of Service Providers at the Manila City Jail Female Dormitory. RCMS received a plaque of appreciation as a recognition for its efforts towards bringing a diverse and holistic upliftment of our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).
