Atty. Sheine is also a Co-Founder and Corporate Secretary of iCertify Inc., a Legal Technology company that facilitates the synergy between the new-age technology and the traditions of the legal profession.

Atty. Sheine also has a private legal practice via her law firm, the Girao Sapon Law Office. Girao Sapon Law Office (Girao Law) is a full-service law office and offers legal service to various clients both in the Philippines and abroad. Their main office is located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with a branch in Cainta, Rizal.

Atty. Sheine graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Laws in San Beda University Manila in 2015 and passed the Philippine Bar Examinations the same year. She has extensive exposure and experience in the legal profession disciplines relevant to Technology and Contract Law, Corporation Law, Civil Law Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Real Estate Law, Criminal and Labor Litigation.

At present, Atty. Sheine is enrolled in the Master of Laws Program (LLM) at the San Sebastian College Recoletos Graduate School of Law, majoring in Corporate and Financial Securities.

Atty. Sheine’s business knowledge and acumen was sought by the Small Business Guarantee and Finance Corporation as its Corporate Head Office Legal Consultant on the policy formulation, implementation, and regulation of its projects for Micro, Small and Medium Business Enterprises.

Atty. Sheine was previously connected with the Office of the President of the Philippines as a Lawyer for the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor, utilizing therein her skills in diplomacy and negotiation. She was likewise engaged by the Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro as its Provincial Legal Consultant, where her skills in policy and contract drafting, as well as strategy formulation proved to be an asset in the proper implementation of the government services for the marginalized sectors in the local level.

She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Pampanga Chapter. She is also a member of the Gender and Development Committee in the said chapter, promoting gender diversity, inclusion and equality among members of the legal profession.

Atty. Sheine is a Certified Public Speaker, having earned her Certification from the Public Speaking Institute. She is also one of the pioneer members of the Society of Certified Public Speakers. Atty. Sheine is sought-after as an election consultant of various political candidates, providing legal strategies and election day legal advisory for both national and local positions since 2016.

In 2017, Atty. Sheine gained prominence when she served as the Private Prosecution Lawyer for the minor witnesses in the Senate Hearings on the death of Kian De Los Santos, a victim of the controversial Extrajudicial Killings in Caloocan City. Atty. Sheine is a member of Business Networking International (BNI), the largest and most successful business networking organization worldwide. She previously served as the Vice President of the BNI Intense (Laguna 2) Chapter and the Region’s International Relations Ambassador.

She continues her advocacy in socio-civic awareness as the Hope Creating President (RY 2023-2024) of the Rotary Club of Manila South. As a four-year Rotarian, she previously served as the Early Act Chairperson and Vice-Chair for Membership. She was the official delegate of her club to the Rotary International Convention in Melbourne Australia (May 2023) and a Paul Harris Fellow for Rotary Year 2021-2022.
